59th Annual General Meeting

The 59^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Snooker and Billiards Central Coast (SBCC) was held at 7pm on Tuesday 30^th November 2021 at Gosford RSL Club Board Room.

The SBCC Board wish to take this opportunity to thank those members who attended the AGM, and to also advise members of the results of the AGM, as follows:

In accordance with Article 12 of the Constitution, and the related Call for Board Nominations dated 11^th October 2021, the election of the following members as Directors was announced:

Kim Williams, Phil Gunns, Graham Steinthal.

Following the AGM there are currently two (2) Director positions that remain unfilled and these remaining positions will be treated as casual vacancies.

The Board held their first meeting on Friday 3^rd December 2021 and the two vacancies were filled by Gary Mares and Len Wicks. At the meeting their positions were decided as follows:

Kim Williams – Chairman

Phil Gunns – Vice Chairman

Len Wicks – Secretary

Graham Steinthal – Treasurer

Gary Mares – Director

Appointments:

Len Wicks was appointed as Public Officer

Ross Wyard was appointed as Patron

All duly elected Directors look forward to the ongoing support of members and a successful year for Snooker and Billiards on the Central Coast.
